Mebara Djouokep

Mebara heads the Financial Modeling Pool at the Autonomous Port of Douala. With degrees from the University of Yaoundé II and SUPMECA Paris, he specialises in financial engineering for complex assets. His work contributed to the World Bank’s Shadow Credit Rating (2020) and helped secure a US$165.9M loan (2022) for critical infrastructure. He brings rigorous modeling, risk analysis, and investor-grade reporting to public enterprises.
